  • Employment practices liability included for no additional premium for 10 employees or less
  • Lifetime occurrence reporting provision for former directors and officers
  • Coverage for monetary & non-monetary claims
  • Unlimited defense costs outside policy limits
  • Third party discrimination and third party harassment coverage
  • Duty to defend with affirmative allocation wording
  • Defense and settlement provision (hammer clause) – 75/25 in favor of the insured
  • Punitive damages with most favorable venue wording included automatically (where insurable by law, not available in Alabama and West Virginia)

  • Special coverage form
  • Homeowners associations and townhouse associations up to 1,000 homes
  • $1,500,000 in non-coastal zones (available only for homeowners associations)
  • $500,000 in defined coastal zones (available only for homeowners associations)
  • Community association professional limit up to $5,000,000
  • Condo associations up to 5 units (no condos with pools)
