Meet Ciara Gravier – Workers Compensation Queen

Ciara Gravier Insurance maven

Meet Ciara Gravier!

Ciara is our insurance maven. She has her hands on every piece of insurance that walks through CWI, often lending a helping hand and a second pair of eyes to be certain you are getting exactly what you need.

Ciara specializes in Commercial Insurance with various designations such as the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and the Professional Workers Comp Advisor (PWCA). Ciara also has a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in progress. She’s a perfect example of how we, at CWI, are continuously expanding our knowledge to cover you.

We know there is more than one dimension to a person. Therefore, we sat down with Ciara to get personal:

  • Who is Ciara?

I was born in Coral Gables, Florida. I love to enjoy life! Making memories with the people that are most important to me is what I live for. That—and, of course, dogs.

  • You suddenly have an extra hour of free time, what do you do in this time?

Watch a few episodes of The Office on Netflix.

  • Tell us about your home life? Pets, kids, married?

I’m married to Jordan, it will be 5 years on March 2nd of next year. All my kids have paws — Burrito (chihuahua) — he’s so perfect!

  • Any secret talents?

Hmm… unfortunately no lol –

  • Your favorite destination you’ve visited and why?

ITALY!!!! There is something for everyone there. Beach, mountains, architecture, some of the best food in the world and I love the people! They are so passionate about every. single. thing!

  • What is a piece of valued advice you have for anyone in the market for insurance?

I know that people usually don’t enjoy the insurance process, but I believe that it’s mainly because people don’t understand what they are purchasing. Before deciding based on only the price- take the time to identify your lifestyle, what you need to protect, and where you have dangerous gaps in coverage and THEN review the coverages needed based on what you need to be protected, not solely on price.
